Become a London Living Wage employer

All jobs at Brentford FC, including those on matchdays, will be paid at least the London Living Wage rates. Furthermore, the football club plans to develop a work experience programme that will benefit young people in Hounslow.

Brentford’s Chief Executive, Jon Varney said:

At University West London, the London Living Wage rates apply to all jobs including casual job opportunities for current students as well as the staff employed at UWL by external catering and facilities management companies.

Through the accreditation programme, prospective talents can benefit from a higher salary as they start off their careers, whilst it also helps attract and retain talented workers to work in the Higher Education sector.
